Mechanical agitation parallel to the anodes

  • Stainless steel frame with positions for the V-Saddles
  • Frame mounted on PE RCH 1000 synthetic material elements for a smooth movement.
  • Asynchrony motor with speed variation to regulate the movement speed from 2 to 20 moves / min
  • Motor is coupled with an extender for the back and forth movement. Move range = +/- 25 mm
  • Frame is fitted with detection sensors to stop the movement in the middle position when the hoist brings a rack to the V-Saddle position
