  • Full auto loading and unloading for boards 457x610, 510x610 or 530x610.
  • DC rectifiers (1 double position with pulse-reverse).
  • Vibration on all active position.
  • Floating guides in all position.
  • 35 meters long.
  • 3 bridge type transporters with absolute positioning system (Laser).
  • Siemens S7 PLC and Profibus network with Windows based MMI.

Design details


Automatic loading and unloading of PCB via integration of Küttler loading system.
External service tank with heaters, filter pumps and dosing system. The tanks are outside of the main machine area for easy service.
