Automatic Line for Titanium Anodization of Medical Devices

Special machine for the anodization of chirurgical implants :

  • Loading from trolleys on one side of the machine, side unloading of racks on 4 drawer-type positions
  • Automatic recognition of the racks
  • Safety enclosure
  • 1 side-arm hoist, cycle time 1 rack every 15 min.
  • Chemical degreasing with ultrasonic unit
  • 2 positions for anodizing
  • Clean rinsing and hot air drying
  • 2 rectifiers 150V—600 A for the positions doing the anodization of titanium
  • The machine is running random cycles according to production with priority settings on certain positions.
